We have recently acquired a Ninja® Foodi® Pressure Cooker and have experimented several recipes with it. To say that it is now one of our favorite investment is truly an understatement! We’ve cooked Filipino sinigang with it and got the same result in ⅔ the time! Instead of braising the pork, we pressure cooked it for 20 minutes and then use its built-in slow cook feature to continue cooking the dish. The result is indistinguishable. The clean-up is also a cinch because the Ninja Foodi does all the cooking, including searing. And once we’re done, we just run it in the dishwasher! No need to bring out the saucepan, frying pan and stock pot to make this dish. We can’t wait to share some of the recipes recreated with the Ninja Food at half the time.
